Don't Go Shopping for a Home Before You Talk To "The Numbers Man"!
"The Numbers Man"--Barry Levy--spent 15 years in the mortgage business as a loan officer before becoming an active real estate sales agent. He knows there are many special financing programs the average home seeker or investor (and average real estate agent) does not know about.
He can direct you to the best source of financing for you. He knows honest and experienced professionals in many lending institutions. If you have already pre-qualified for a loan, he can help you evaluate the program you have been offered--and find hidden charges you may not know about!
Let Barry Levy put his expertise to work for you! It's always best to pre-qualify for a mortgage so you know exactly how much a financial institution would be willing to lend you.
In the pre-qualification process, you will find out:
- Exactly how much home or land you can afford.
- How much cash you will need for the down payment.
- The minimum down payment, and advantages of higher down payments.
- What the bank feels you can afford for a monthly payment.
We help buyers pre-qualify for mortgages every day. To get started, simply fill out the form below.
"Information Needed for Loan Application" Checklist:
1. W-2 (2 years) & current paystub (30 day) 2. Contract of Sale and legal description 3. Latest 3 months bank statements (all accounts) 4. This service is also provided free of charge, without any obligation on your part. It is part of our job as top Washington DC, Columbia Heights and Takoma Park real estate agents to offer services such as these. Once you fill out the form, we will quickly process your information and get right back to you! We can help you pre-qualify for your mortgage. It's our job! This is free and without obligation...
Investment Real Estate >Rental Property
When you own an investment property, one of your goals will be to get the highest monthly rental with the lowest vacancy rate. How can you accomplish this?
It pays to keep your property in good condition while you are trying to rent it, as well as after the new tenants move in. You obviously want the property to look its best when it is being shown. If you work to keep it that way, your tenants are more likely to feel motivated to stay in the home.
When something needs to be repaired, be sure the tenants know whom to call to get the job done. Arrange for periodic inspections of the property to check for leaking roofs or pipes, defective wiring or malfunctioning appliances. If you are an absentee landlord, it makes sense to hire property management professionals to keep a close eye on your investment for you.
